Job Description

- Lead HRIS system configurations and UKG Pro integrations for external clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements for interface and system implementation needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations to align with customer and vendor specifications.
- Work closely with vendors and clients to define system requirements, data mapping, and file structures for integrations.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for data manipulation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain secure file transfer solutions using industry-standard encryption methods.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple client projects at the same time, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with HRIS Analysts, Project Managers, and Vendors to support system implementations and integrations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear action plans.
- Proactively identify customer challenges and recommend best-practice solutions for process improvement.
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and its various modules.
- Strong understanding of HRIS system configurations and data structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for queries and reporting.
- Experience in HRIS integrations, system implementations, or vendor file transfers.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SFTP, API-based integrations, and encryption methods for secure data transfers.
- Previous experience working with multi-client HRIS environments.
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll processes in large-scale implementations.
- Strong ability to work independently and handle a high volume of work across multiple clients.
- Work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a high degree of autonomy.

About InfoSync and the Partner Program Team
InfoSync provides payroll, accounting, and reporting services to multi-franchise companies across North America. The Partner Program Team manages all HRIS and Integrations projects for external clients, ensuring seamless HRIS configurations, system implementations, and vendor file integrations. This team also supports InfoSync's internal HRIS team.
As a Partner Program Integration Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting UKG Pro solutions for our external clients. This position requires someone with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
