Shape Adobe’s growth partner strategy and plans, through data-driven recommendations.
Lead analytical work and develop recommendations around strategic and operational partner initiatives.
Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations at executive level.
Develop and own a robust operating model to ensure partner strategy is implemented and its expected impact is realized; this includes periodically reporting to Adobe's leadership the status of the implementation and bringing your insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve value creation.
Establish a strong collaboration network across different Adobe teams, working side-by-side with multiple teams and being the connector that enables a well-oiled cross-functional partnership strategy and execution.
10+ year experience in management or technology strategy consulting.
Experience managing teams.
Proven willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to develop recommendations and synthesize insights in ambiguous contexts.
Being a self-starter and comfortable operating in highly matrixed, ambiguous professional environments.
Familiarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred.

The challenge
As a Partnerships Strategy & Business Operations Director, you will lead the strategy definition for key Partnerships initiatives as well as ensuring their implementation. You are a general athlete leader, who can solve ever-changing challenges and is comfortable operating not only at a strategic level, but also ensuring that strategy is implemented through rigorous operational processes.
You will be at the center of the definition and implementation of highly visible Partnerships initiatives, leading a team of highly motivated StratOps managers; you will have ample opportunities to collaborate with other teams and to have executive visibility. As such, strong collaboration and communication skills (including top-down communications), prioritization and an eye for impact are essential for your success in this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $155,100 -- $291,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
