Job Description

- Assist in pulling together reports for weekly statistics to make sure that key targets are being met
- Build excellent internal relationships, including our central operations, credit control and partner services teams
- Check the teams’ workload and make sure work is delegated effectively
- Attend meetings with key internal and external customers
- Offer training and coaching to the admin team
- Analyse and understand large amounts of data and report it back to the business in a simple way
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Existing knowledge of Nisa as a business
- A high level of attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with a range of colleagues and to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak with both internal and external partners with the ability to navigate difficult conversations

Partner Support Coordinator (Admin) - Nisa
£27,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
Scunthorpe, hybrid working, with one day a week in the office and working 1 in 4 Saturdays
We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our Partner Support team at Nisa. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)
As a Partner Support Coordinator, you’ll work in a busy role managing our admin area. We’ll look to you to make sure that accounts are set up and updated in a timely manner, provide reports to the business, and that systems are kept up to date. Ultimately, you’ll make sure our customers have the stock they want in our stores. This is a great opportunity to make an impact here at Nisa, with the chance to get exposure across our expanding business.
