Respond to Partner Intake Site inquiries via phone and email, offering accurate guidance and policy clarification.
Document and track support interactions, escalating complex issues when needed.
Provide excellent customer service, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
Use technology and platforms to efficiently manage a high volume of communication.
Conduct on-site visits to assess needs, provide support, and ensure compliance with Energy Services guidelines.
Perform assessments and audits, provide feedback, and recommend operational improvements.
Deliver refresher training and help reinforce standards and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with Partner Intake Sites through face-to-face engagement.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
Access to reliable transportation for in-person site visits
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/recordkeeping systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus
Prior nonprofit or community-based experience strongly preferred
