      Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

      The Opportunity
      As part of the Internal Tax team you are expected to coordinate the preparation of state and local tax returns and supporting schedules for the Firm and partners. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are expected to manage ongoing tax audits and prioritize multiple tax filing requirements.

      What You Must Have
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 4 years of tax or PwC experience

      What Sets You Apart
      - Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance preferred
      - CPA preferred
      - Coordinating state and local tax returns and schedules
      - Managing ongoing tax audits
      - Prioritizing multiple tax filing requirements

      The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
