What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with uploading documents to client databases accurately and in a timely fashion
- Participate in firm training opportunities and promote cross-training of employees
- Maintain regular communication with staff, attorneys, and supervisor while working remotely
- Record tasks into ticketing system daily and accurately
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-1 year of administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with patent-related laws and regulations
- Experience with docket software
- Ability to embrace change and adapt well in new environments
