      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and triage all patent correspondence, ensuring timely processing and cataloging
      - Maintain accurate records in the CPI and First-to-File systems while processing attorney requests
      - Enter case-specific data and deadlines into the docketing system for all applications
      - Monitor USPTO Patent Center and PTAB for newly issued documents and correspondence
      - Generate daily reports of deadlines and assist with the preparation of finals deadline reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of related work experience in patent docketing or a similar field
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Ability to learn and retain laws and regulations related to U.S. and foreign patent processes
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations
      - Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CPI and First to File systems
      - Knowledge of USPTO public and private Patent Center
      - Experience working in a collaborative team environment
      - Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment
