What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively reach patients through various communication methods including text, phone, live chat, and email
- Schedule procedures in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and quality measures
- Review data to identify operational impacts and necessary actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare Patient Access, Insurance Verification, Authorization, Scheduling, or Revenue Cycle Management
- Must have experience with using EPIC EMR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries
- Familiarity with web-based systems and tools
