      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and validate insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, and referrals for medical services
      - Collect necessary documentation and communicate with third-party payers and healthcare professionals
      - Verify patient registration and confirm benefit coverage, including deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses
      - Collaborate with provider offices to obtain and clarify documentation supporting medical necessity
      - Document work in the case management module and provide direction to cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting
      - Understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, office equipment, and computers
      - Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with insurance prior authorization processes
      - Familiarity with case management and utilization management principles
      - Knowledge of Advanced Beneficiary Notices (ABN) and financial waivers
