      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, fostering a positive first impression
      - Collect and verify patient demographic information and insurance eligibility
      - Schedule patient appointments and perform medical necessity checks as required
      - Communicate effectively with patients regarding their inquiries and concerns
      - Participate in quality assurance reviews to maintain the integrity of patient data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer data-entry and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
      - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional education or language skills
      - Experience in healthcare finance and/or insurance
      - Familiarity with patient scheduling and registration processes in a healthcare setting
