      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, establishing a positive first impression
      - Collect and verify patient demographic information in accordance with organizational standards
      - Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with patients regarding their inquiries
      - Participate in Quality Assurance reviews to ensure the integrity of patient data
      - Assist in resolving service breakdowns and utilizing effective service recovery skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer data-entry and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
      - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional education or certifications
      - Proficiency in additional languages
      - Experience in healthcare finance and/or healthcare insurance
      - Knowledge and experience in patient scheduling and registration within a healthcare setting
