What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment, take patient orders, and verify patient information
- Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone and enter data into the system
- Process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients
- Troubleshoot problems based on patient feedback regarding equipment failures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
