What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage patients after the delivery of medical equipment and supplies
- Provide support for the proper use of medical devices and troubleshoot any issues
- Onboard new patients and assist them with device-related questions and barriers to adherence
- Schedule diabetes coaching and education sessions for patients
- Document all patient interactions accurately and coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated compassion and a genuine desire to assist patients
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow written and verbal instructions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with diabetes management, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), or remote monitoring technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends
