What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage patients following the initial delivery of medical equipment and supplies
- Provide support for the proper use of medical devices and supplies, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Onboard new patients, answering device-related questions and identifying barriers to adherence
- Schedule ongoing diabetes coaching and education for patients
- Document all patient interactions and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Demonstrated compassion and a genuine desire to support and assist patients
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with diabetes management, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), or remote monitoring technologies
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capacity to interpret and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
