      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an ambassador by providing transparent cost estimates and personalized care to patients
      - Communicate respectfully and listen actively to address patient concerns regarding billing and financial assistance
      - Contact insurance carriers to obtain benefit coverage and resolve authorization issues
      - Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate issue resolution and appeal denied authorizations
      - Strengthen relationships with physician offices, patients, and third-party payers throughout the pre-certification process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a medical-related field preferred
      - 1-2 years of insurance or medical billing office experience required
      - Understanding of insurance terminology and self-pay balance collections preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
