      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately process claims, payments, rejections, refunds, credit balances, and unapplied cash on a daily basis
      - Confirm electronic and hard-copy billing of any delinquent claims, including rebilling and follow-ups
      - Respond to all patient and payer inquiries, denials, correspondence, and telephone inquiries
      - Educate staff on updated insurance information and claim denials
      - Maintain Contract Management reporting and resolve patient/insurance credit/debit balances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of six months of customer service experience
      - Data entry skills
      - Knowledge of billing and collections processes
      - Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures related to federal, state, and department compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in billing and collections or medical office/healthcare preferred
