      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts receivable using EagleSoft, SAP, and other accounting practices
      - Review and research patient accounts, compiling data and financial reports
      - Oversee front desk operations, greeting patients and scheduling appointments
      - Assist patients with paperwork and enter payments and insurance claims
      - Track financial reports and ensure accuracy in billing processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school education or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of clerical and strong customer service experience, including handling cash
      - Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General office experience, particularly in a medical or dental office setting
      - Familiarity with dental software, specifically Eaglesoft
      - Knowledge of dental office procedures and professionalism
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to manage interactions with uncooperative clients effectively
