Job Description
- Req#: 157045
- Conduct outbound calls to patients to complete required surveys
- Educate patients on the purpose of the program and answer questions
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Prioritize outreach based on surgery timelines and deadlines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance during all patient interactions
- Identify and escalate patient concerns or system issues
- Support data accuracy through basic validation across systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Healthcare or patient-facing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Salesforce, Cerner, or similar systems
- Location: Clearwater, FL
- Status: Full-Time
- Shift: 8am-4:30pm
- Weekend Work: Occasional
- On Call: no

About the Role:
The Patient Reported Outcomes Outreach Specialist connects directly with patients to support completion of required health surveys and improve patient engagement. This role plays a key part in supporting CMS quality reporting by ensuring accurate data collection, clear communication, and a positive patient experience.
