**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Schedule visits for home infusion by coordinating with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients
- Complete nurse assignments, reschedule visits, and monitor patient appointments
- Serve as a coordinator for nursing referrals while ensuring excellent customer service
- Communicate with various staff, departments, and prescribers through multiple channels
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring timely data entry in appropriate systems
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School education or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Customer Service experience
- At least 3 years of scheduling experience
- High proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral professional communication skills
