      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments and handle telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner
      - Review exam preparation and discuss insurance, pre-authorization, eligibility, and payment policies with patients
      - Coordinate with radiologists, referring physicians, and site managers to ensure efficient operations
      - Ensure proper completion of scheduling, patient accounts, and insurance records
      - Conduct patient satisfaction calls and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Knowledge of health insurance requirements related to pre-authorization and eligibility
      - Medical office experience and previous patient scheduling experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff
      - Basic computer skills are required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related scheduling position
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
