      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical and patient care support under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager and RN
      - Assist with processing medical records for patient admissions and discharges
      - Serve as a resource for department members and notify staff of problems requiring intervention
      - Document all patient care tasks, vital signs, and activities of daily living accurately and promptly
      - Assist patients with grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility-related activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or formal education equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience in a healthcare setting
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
      - Competency in providing direct patient care as directed by RN and team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a behavioral health setting
      - Additional training in conflict management or de-escalation techniques
      - Familiarity with medical record processing and documentation standards
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
