What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clerical and patient care support under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager and RN
- Assist with processing of medical records for patient admission and discharge
- Serve as a resource for department members and notify appropriate staff of issues requiring intervention
- Assist patients with grooming, oral hygiene, comfort measures, and mobility-related activities
- Accurately document all patient care tasks, vital signs, and activities of daily living
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or formal education equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to accept and follow written and verbal instructions
- Competency in communicating according to Guest Care guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Completion of relevant training programs in patient care or support services
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
