What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily telephonic outreach to patients and families to answer questions about services
- Field inbound calls from prospective and existing patients, ensuring timely responses and directing calls appropriately
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including sending reminders
- Support patients and families with necessary paperwork to ensure appropriate care matches
- Compile medical records and reports to facilitate high-quality patient care and integration with referring providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college courses or an associate degree
- Experience in a medical office and telephonic outreach
- Customer service experience and a passion for helping others
- Availability to work up to 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) in-person, with flexibility for remote work
- Excellent time management and strong self-organization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in mental healthcare
- Familiarity with Google Suite
