What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete the intake process and data entry for all documents received into the Patient Support Program
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and relevant regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy
- Triage documentation to appropriate parties based on defined requirements
- Maintain detailed and thorough documentation of information in the Patient Engagement Platform
- Report any adverse events within 24 hours of awareness to appropriate departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in patient data entry in the healthcare field or equivalent experience
- Ability to perform high-volume data entry functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
