What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clients in processing full-cycle payroll using Paycor during their system transition to ADP
- Provide expert-level knowledge in full-cycle payroll and HRIS to clients
- Perform data entry, auditing, processing, and reporting tasks
- Maintain system tables as needed to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Collaborate with clients to address any payroll-related inquiries or issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert experience with the Paycor system
- Solid background in payroll processing
- Availability for full-time hours during the project duration
- Ability to work within US-based time zones
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous consulting experience in payroll or HRIS
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems
- Experience in project management or organizational change management
- Strong analytical skills for auditing and reporting tasks
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
