What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make and answer calls from various sources to gather and verify information and assist with customer-related issues
- Research, analyze, and input data accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in data entry or related fields
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Knowledge of policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing
- Must have a private area to work, space to set up equipment, and a high-speed internet connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SDU applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, patience, and courtesy
