      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the collection of documents for successful onboarding, underwriting, and merchant setup
      - Develop and maintain reports to inform various partners and departments on payment-related issues
      - Monitor project progress and communicate or handle any arising issues
      - Work independently to research and resolve merchant inquiries
      - Accurately perform the merchant setup process and ensure proper documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or similar role
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
      - Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Payments industry experience is a major plus
      - Experience with project management frameworks
      - Strong customer service focus that fosters long-standing relationships
