      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Post payments of accounts receivable from Medicare, Medicaid, insurance payers, and patients, including ERA, EFT, and cash receipts
      - Prioritize daily work and assess backlog situations, making necessary adjustments
      - Reconcile cash and contractual balances, ensuring accuracy in daily bank balancing procedures
      - Identify, research, and ensure timely processing of payments and error corrections
      - Maintain thorough knowledge of third-party payment applications, requirements, and regulatory guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of high-volume healthcare or managed care payment posting experience
      - Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
      - Experience in accounts receivable is a must
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
      - High school graduate or equivalent, with 2-3 years of healthcare experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
      - Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
      - Keen attention to detail
