What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and acquire new merchant clients across various sectors, including Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of MPS solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain accurate sales records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, particularly in payments, financial services, or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing
- Familiarity with MPS platforms and U.S. Bank distribution channels
- Regional market expertise in the Southeast U.S.
