What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily functions in a remote work environment, including ACH, Wire, and RTP processing
- Ensure all functions are delivered efficiently with excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Reconcile daily reports and address unresolved differences promptly
- Assist branch and business line employees with questions and procedural issues
- Contribute to team success by meeting established Service Level Agreements and supporting departmental projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5 - 7 years of job experience in Deposit Operations at a Retail or Commercial Bank, with proven ability to perform high-level ACH/Wire functions
- Proven tactical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Effective communication skills are a critical requirement for this position
- Willingness to work the as-needed 10 PM to 7 AM EST or 12 noon to 9 PM EST shift
