      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead discussions with existing and prospective merchants on payment optimization strategies
      - Provide tools and training to the Sales team to enhance merchant engagement
      - Develop and deploy optimization narratives/tools based on rigorous analysis
      - Synthesize customer feedback and findings to inform product development
      - Continuously improve self-service offerings through feedback on tools and playbooks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in payments or operations at a leading technology company or consultancy
      - Strong understanding of e-commerce payments and card-based payment processing
      - Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong data processing, organizational, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep expertise in card network costs and ability to communicate updates to non-technical audiences
      - Experience with SQL, dashboard building, modeling, or reporting
      - Understanding of card network rules and regulations, including PSD2/PSD3
      - Experience presenting to senior business leaders
