  Infosys is seeking a Payments Test Lead
  
  As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.   Required Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Payments Test Lead
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Experience with Agile methodology- Well versed in using HP Application Lifecycle Management / Rally / JIRA as a testing tool
  • Must have working experience in Financial Service Domain
  • Must have minimum 4 years of working experience in liquidity management principles and processes related to global payment settlement systems and correspondent banking models.
  • Must have working experience on integration & E2E testing.
  • Should have a good understanding of payment processing workflow.
  • Testing Experience with EFT, WIRE and ACH Payments.
  • Experience in Global payments infrastructure testing including SWIFT (MT, ISO20022), LYNXLVTS, CHAPS, FED, CHIPS, CHATS, RITS etc.
  • Experience in End to End payments across the clearing the systems
  • Experience in End to End payments across the clearing the systems
  • Experience in ISO standard message XML formats like Pain001, Pain002, Pain008, Camt052/053, PACS002, PACS004, PACS007, PACS008 and PACS009 their usages.
  • Knowledge in SWIFT MT messages formats.
  • Experience in testing a payments application and well acquainted with end to end payment transaction flow.
  • Experience in writing queries to test application against database (SQL)
  • Knowledge in using UNIX commands to monitor or search log files
  • Well acquainted with Defect management process.

  
  Nice to have
  
  • At least 2 years of experience in any one Agile methodology
  • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
  • Experience and desire to work in a team having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment
  • Strong Analytical skills, Articulation skills and Client Interfacing skills
  • Co-ordination and reporting skills

  
  The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
