- Defining the strategy and being accountable for the implementation of the finance change and transformation strategy of new payment methods on a new finance platform
- Implementing and managing the strategy collaborating with the wider finance team to completion
- Composing training materials in a jargon free manner for all to understand
- Liaising with the senior leadership team to present and execute project.
- Measuring performance of the new payment methods
- Troubleshooting any issues of the implementation of the payment options
- Concisely and logically communicate insights and suggestions, whether verbally (including in meetings), in writing or through executive-level, professional presentations
- Looking at continuous improvement of the project after implementation
- Technical knowledge of retail payment options is required
- Hands on knowledge of implementing payment method process
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting
- A proven track record in implementation of new payment methods is advantageous.
- Project management skills are crucial.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong communicator & Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience, and ability to rally associates to your vision.
- Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude - ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.
- Organized, resourceful, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to manage projects/deadlines and multitasking with ease.
- Ability to communicate/influence/negotiate easily and effectively across stakeholders from team members to executive management both verbal and written.
- A proven track record in implementing payment methods in an orgnaisation is advantageous.

Cigna has a new and exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who thrives on change implementation as Cigna are looking to recruit a Payments Transformation Manager to join our team to implement and manage the new finance billing platform to meet our strategic goals.
This role will involve implementing modern ways of payments in a global organisation to ensure we provide excellent service to all our clients.
Your role as Payments Transformation Manager will be to plan, implement, manage, and execute the full process from start to finish and measuring success of the implementation of the new payment methods.
This is a newly created and exciting opportunity reporting to the Head of Financial Operations.
