      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Support managed care leadership in contract negotiations through financial modeling and analysis
      - Evaluate and analyze contractual language related to reimbursement and payment methodologies
      - Utilize medical coding systems to adjudicate claims accurately
      - Perform financial analyses and present findings to stakeholders
      - Assist with training and mentoring of analytic staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of five years of analytic experience in healthcare and/or clinical application and health insurance finances
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
      - Technical experience in contract negotiations, financial modeling, and problem-solving
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data warehouse applications
      - Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or claims data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience with EPIC and other healthcare software systems
