Job Description
- Req#: 9953
- Analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll transactions and employee issues to ensure smooth processing
- Ensure payroll compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Research and resolve tax, garnishment, and benefit-related payroll issues
- Support merger/acquisition activities, audits, and journal entry reconciliations
- Manage system integrations and coordinate with vendors for payroll data accuracy
- Lead testing, validation, and troubleshooting of payroll conversion activities
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Global View (multi-state payroll processing)
- Time & Attendance management including Leave of Absence (LOA) handling
- Advanced Excel skills for auditing and variance analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience preparing load files and validating payroll conversions
- Understanding of vendor integrations and data flow between systems
- 3-5 years operational experience in payroll administration using ADP Global View

Location: 100% Remote
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll analysis, reconciliation, and compliance. Ensures accurate payroll processing, auditing, and regulatory adherence while managing payroll data validation and system testing across multi-state operations.
