      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
      - Post payroll transactions to the general ledger and reconcile payroll-related cash transactions
      - Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees and managers
      - Stay updated on payroll regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance
      - Prepare and distribute payroll reports for operational and financial review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of payroll and/or benefits experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
      - Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and compliance standards
      - Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday is highly desirable
      - CPP or FPC certification
      - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues efficiently
      - Prior experience in restaurant payroll is a plus
