What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact during new client implementation
- Manage new client setup from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency based on client needs and deadlines
- Gather and evaluate data to ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with guidelines and laws
- Train clients on software usage to boost their confidence and proficiency
- Resolve client and system issues by analyzing information, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience working with payroll, time and attendance, or human capital management systems
- Working knowledge of multi-state and local taxation, including multi-state garnishments
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
