What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver internal training courses/programs for new hires and ongoing sales training
- Tailor training programs based on individual customer needs and feedback
- Provide advice and support on processes, products, and soft skills to internal customers
- Understand and analyze merchant statements and pricing initiatives
- Develop coaching plans to enhance sales engagement and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Payroll, business insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or sales training, preferably in payroll or B2B sales
- Intermediate ability to apply and coach sales skills and business methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to support company-driven products and services
- Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and understanding of B2C and B2B payroll environments
- Experience in the payroll industry
- Proven success in sales and selling experience
- Graphic design skills are a plus
