What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary Payroll Specialist for designated clients and support additional payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
- Manage daily case responses to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction are met
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with peers and customer teams to resolve requests and support customer needs
- Ensure adherence to quality and production metrics while managing multiple client accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
- At least 1 year of experience with taxes at the Federal, State, and local levels
- At least 1 year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of garnishment processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an outsourcing environment related to payroll or tax
- Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce programs
