What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Resolve issues related to the time and attendance system
- Enter taxes and direct deposit changes in the ERP software
- Assist in resolving precompute data issues and post-compute payroll problems
- Maintain benefit accruals and support supervisors with assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience in payroll processing or related field
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality regarding payroll information
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer complaints effectively
- Proficient in using ERP software for payroll processing
- Demonstrated professionalism and empathy in customer interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare-related payroll environment
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
