      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in preparing and sending the bimonthly report on salary variables
      - Record movements in SUA and IDSE under supervision
      - Assist in the preliminary calculation of Payroll Tax and upload data to state portals
      - Provide administrative and operational support in the payroll process, focusing on IMSS compliance
      - Perform technical support tasks, data entry, and preliminary review of payroll-related information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processes with an emphasis on social security in Mexico
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Practical knowledge of ISN declarations and payments in states where the employer operates
      - Fluent in English, both written and spoken
      - Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with in-house payroll processing
      - End-to-end payroll processing experience in Mexico
      - Willingness to learn technical subjects and adapt to a fast-paced environment
