Job Description
- Req#: R5768
- Responsible for accurately processing weekly, multi-state for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Collaborates to maintain the payroll databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coordinates work processes that require a thorough working knowledge of payroll/human resource information systems, accounting functions, and payroll processes.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with exposure to tax laws, unions, and payroll regulations for multi-state and multi-company payroll.
- Experience working with JDE, and Heavy Jobs preferred.
- Exposure to Prevailing wage.
