What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain and foster relationships with clients to retain and grow the account base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, marketing, clinical, and managed care teams
- Prepare and submit pricing requests for proposals, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Provide insights on competitor knowledge and market trends to executive management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in PBM, Benefit Consulting, TPA, or health plan organization
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
