What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow care plans to provide safe and competent in-home care
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager
- Deliver one-on-one care that directly impacts patients' lives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain professional malpractice insurance
- Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor with a safe working knowledge of client-based equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in in-home healthcare or a related field
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
