What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and support territory sales goals in hospital and healthcare provider settings for Abbott's Infant and Pediatric Nutrition portfolio
- Conduct hospital negotiations and manage contracting with hospital supply chains
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines to effectively communicate in a sales environment
- Launch new products and manage budget effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including Physicians, Dietitians, and Nurses across various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three years of sales experience working with healthcare professionals
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) with sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs to assist with stocking pediatric products
- Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, or as a Registered Nurse
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
