      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement Peer Support-oriented Treatment Plan interventions with individuals served
      - Provide support, education, and advocacy during critical life transitions
      - Facilitate Peer Support groups and connect individuals to recovery tools and resources
      - Assist individuals in linking to community services and building recovery support networks
      - Promote engagement, self-sufficiency, and successful completion of services for individuals served

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Personal, first-hand experience as a recipient of mental health services
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Must become a Certified Peer Specialist or obtain a Recovery Coach Academy certificate within 6 months of hire
      - Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain adequate insurance
      - Ability to perform physically active tasks and assist individuals with daily living skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Peer Specialist credential
      - Experience with psychiatric inpatient hospitalization or outpatient services
      - Knowledge of recovery-oriented values and person-centered approaches
      - Familiarity with community resources and advocacy techniques
      - Sensitivity to cultural, religious, and disability differences
