      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement Peer Support-oriented Treatment Plan interventions with individuals served
      - Provide support, education, and advocacy during critical life transitions
      - Facilitate Peer Support groups and engage individuals in non-directive, supportive relationships
      - Assist individuals in linking to community services and building recovery support networks
      - Promote healthcare access, safe housing, and self-determination for individuals served

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Personal, first-hand experience as a recipient of mental health services
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Valid driver's license and safe driving record
      - Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physically active tasks
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the rights of persons served

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Peer Specialist credential preferred or willingness to obtain it within 6 months of hire
      - Experience in the mental health system beyond just family or friend involvement
