      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-reach visits to educate members about community-based mental health services and supported housing options
      - Maintain a caseload ensuring timely visits for individuals at risk of exceeding 90 days without contact
      - Document all in-reach activities and track outcomes, including refusals to engage
      - Facilitate meetings with members and guardians to discuss interest in integrated supported housing
      - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions for members seeking housing support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the North Carolina border
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 1-2 years of experience working with the mental health or substance use population
      - NC Certified Peer Support Specialist certification required
      - Knowledge of Medicaid, Special Assistance benefits, and community supports necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recovery and person-centered thinking
      - Familiarity with engagement methods such as Motivational Interviewing and Assertive Engagement
      - Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
