      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to callers over the phone, building rapport and engagement
      - Maintain a distraction-free private office space to ensure HIPAA compliance
      - Offer available resources and information to callers in need
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking and supporting callers
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in crisis intervention or peer support settings
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL)
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
      - Previous training in HIPAA compliance
