      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
      - Speak with callers, building rapport and client engagement
      - Provide resources and information needed to callers
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking and supporting callers
      - Work holidays and weekends as part of the crisis intervention team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - A commitment to personal recovery and handling confidential information professionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
      - Knowledge of community resources and support services
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Familiarity with mental health issues and recovery processes
